Exceptional Dog Boarding for Your Beloved Pets

             1.   Neutering/Spraying

• All dogs must be neutered or sprayed prior to boarding.

             2.   Vaccination Requirements

• All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations, including Rabies, Bordetella, and DA2PP. Proof of vaccination will be required upon check-in.

             3.   Health and Hygiene

• Dogs must be tick, lice, and flea free to ensure a clean environment for all pets.

             4.   Leash Policy

• For safety reasons, dogs must be on a leash at all times while on the premises.

             5.   Paperwork Completion

• Dogs must remain in the vehicle until all paperwork is completed to ensure proper check-in.

             6.  Leash Responsibility

• The owner's leash must remain with the owner at all times during drop-off and pick-up.

             7. Personal Items

• Owners are required to bring their bed(s), blankets, toys, food, and treats to ensure their comfort during their stay.

             8.  Emergency Medical Care

• In case of an emergency requiring medical attention, we will contact your veterinarian or, if unavailable, the nearest veterinary clinic to our facility.

             9.  Medical Expenses

• Owners are responsible for all medical expenses incurred while their pets is at our facility.

            10. Drop-off and Pick-up Hours

• Dogs should be dropped off and picked up during normal kennel operation hours. Please refer to our schedule for exact times.

           11.  Payment Policy

• All charges must be paid in full before the dog is released to the owner. Cash payments only are accepted.
